The Dream Suite

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was served promptly and was good. The room with a kitchen and washer was great.

I stayed in 2 different rooms during my stay. I also tried a lot of other hotels in Da Nang, this might be my new favorite stay. Huge, spacious rooms with desks, kitchens, washing machines, suuuuper comfy couch… perfect for a working holiday too.Huge beds, super comfortable.Very comfy robes in every room.Amazing staff who went above and beyond. Breakfast is à la carte, simple but good enough.Location is good, close to beach/beach bars. Nice showers with good water pressure. Just beautiful rooms in general. Also very clean.If you get a good deal, the price is amazing for what you get. Pool is nice too.

Overall, I loved my stay and will stay again, but just some points to help you make your choice:- the room doesn’t get super dark, a lot of windows and the light of the AC is quite bright. Still had comfortable sleep. - the room is not completely silent, there’s noise from the AC and the fridge- there’s some noise from beach bars and the street, but tbh not past sleeping time (10-11PM)- the laundry service shrunk some tshirts a bit, so at your own risk

Great location, next to the beach. The Deluxe King Studio is perfect for athletes since it offers a lot of space for stretching and a washing machine for your sweaty clothes. Staff is very friendly and accomodating.

The staff were exceptionally helpful in helping us organise a motorbike and calling up a local shop (we ordered custom shoes that were delayed). The pool was a good size for a family swim, and the pool facilities were clean. Location to closeby restaurants and shops was excellent - we could walk down to the local hairdresser and late night dessert in less than 10 minutes.

The air conditioning unit in the room was difficult to set - we were not able to change the temperature and fan speed, which resulted in a VERY dry room in the morning! This was ideal for drying clothes inside, however I felt too cold and my throat/skin were uncomfortably dry. The shower head did not have strong pressure and the shower drain seemed to be getting clogged during light use - the water would pool in the shower and take a while to drain away. These are all personal qualms, the overall quality and available amenities (washing machine, kitchenette, sofa, kitchen table) were good.

Nice location and within walking distance to the beach. Set on a busy street but the room was still quiet and there were lots of food options right around the area.

Over all, everything was great. The shower drain was a bit dirty and clogged so the water wasn’t draining well.

The staff is great. Super helpful, always smiling and responsive if you need anything. The location can’t be beat. We spent 28 nights and it wasn’t enough. Having a washing machine was great. The rooftop pool was fantastic and was even a spot to watch the fireworks show.

Breakfast we take only once from 3, you need to pay extra for coffee. We do not understand what is included in breakfast, they bring bread, butter egg and jam. It was enough but could be nice to understand what you can expect

Location was great! Rooms was clean, good size and nice street view.

The pool. It pool area is lovely along with the gym however when we got towels from reception no one told us that the pool wasn't working. It was slimy and yuck.

The apartment is clean

I booked an apartment with a balcony but there was no balcony. I told them, they didn't even bother and said they know, they just label their little door to the inside of the house as a balcony. Instead of a balcony that you booked with fresh air all you get is a tiny window in the whole apartment. The hotel is close to the beach, but the area is just annoying. It feels like a red light district. You can't walk 20 meters without getting talked into massages ten times, guys walk next to you and offer you young girls on their phone etc.. They just look at you as a walking ATM machine in this street and the hotel. There are so many more beautiful areas in Da Nang, so I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel in this area which is on top tricking their guests with the "balcony" and don't make you feel welcome at all. The pool was also closed during my stay.

Construction noise during the day for the pool maintenance was notified, but then pool wasn't really usable anyway when finished due to the water quality

I'll forever remember The Dream Suite ?Absolutely everything about this Boutique Hotel is wonderful. The entire Team is 'top class' - beaming with wide smiles & unfailing responsive.The rooms are spotless & all towels & robes are laundered & returned with a delightful fragrance.My Khe Beach is within a 5 minute walk plus Restaurants, Mini Markets, Pharmacies & Spas are located in the very same street.I've promised I'll be back & I'm pretty good at keeping promises ?Pamela Australia

This place was a gem. The location was excellent, walking distance to the beach, quick grab to all nearby locations like Cho Con, Cho Dong Da, Sơn Trả night market near the Dragon bridge . The staff were all super nice and friendly and even helped us book our trip to Ba Na Hills the morning of. Highly recommend for families with young kids , couples or parents. Thanks so much for making our first place to stay in Vietnam so great and memorable.

The staff were excellent and helpful with our bags and making a phone call. The cleaning ladies were nice and friendly. The room was very comfortable. The internet worked well, and the hot water was good. The mattress was comfortable. The location is great as there are many restaurants, convenience stores and the beach nearby. There were ample supplies for cooking and dining in the room. I would return and highly recommend.

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helped with all our inquiries. The room was of good quality and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It was a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there was a super tasty restaurant right across from the hotel. There were just a couple of downsides, which might not be issues for everyone. First, the cleaning lady would sometimes knock on our door around 9 a.m. when I was still sleeping, unnecessarily asking if she could clean the room, which I found a bit inappropriate. Additionally, when we were there in February, they were doing renovations, and it was very loud during the day. Also, since we were staying for a long time, we sometimes wanted to cook, but the kitchen exhaust fan barely worked, so we had to open all the windows and wave a towel while the girl was cooking :D. But as I mentioned before, for some people, these things might not matter at all :)

Very nice and spacious room. Washing machine in the room was very useful (you can get a detergent pod at 15000vnd at front desk).

Credit card receipt is under a food merchant in Hanoi (HO KINH DOANH HT-FOOD Q HOAN KIEM 000VN), for a hotel in Da Nang. Took me a while to figure out that the transaction with such a big amount is for the hotel. Please fix your credit card terminal to have the hotel name. Has washer, but no drying rack or clothes horse inside, had to get creative to dry my clothes. Rain shower head had a weak pressure, and water leaked under the shower frame.

Our room was big, clean and modern. The bathroom was exceptional.The staff were so helpful and friendly. I particularly Chuong.Chuong was so helpful when we inadvertently left some laundry behind made sure it was forwarded to our next hotel. Thanks Chuong.

The hotel was very nice the Manager and staff could not do enough for you we had a studio apartment very clean very comfortable bed lots of hot water clean bedding and towels every day.A lot of choice for Breakfast. We would definitely stay again.
